Our Prices are inclusive of the following:
- Tea/coffee and homemade cake or biscuits on arrival.
- Full breakfast
- On-site car parking.
- Free Wi-fi.
- Tea/coffee facilities in all rooms.
- Bottled water in your room.
- Guests have their own access at all times
Cost per night
Double/Twin for 2 people £98 per night.
Single occupancy of Double or Twin room £70 per night.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposit
We accept credit/debit cards or cheque to guarantee a booking.
Cancellation
7 or more days notice, no charge.
Less than 7 days notice we may charge for the first nights stay if we fail to re-let the room.
Cancellations due to covid19 lockdowns / travel restrictions can be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours notice.
No shows or “on the day” room refusals may be charged in full.
Non-Smoking
For the health and safety of our guests, Moss Cottage is a non-smoking establishment.
Children
We are happy to accept children over the age of 12, accompanied by Parents.
Pets
For the comfort of all guests, we are sorry to say that pets are not allowed.
Car Parking
Private parking is always available.
Check-In
2.00 – 6.00pm – If you would like to check-in outside these times we are flexible but require prior notice.
Check-Out
10.30am – 11.00am allows us to prepare for new arrivals, but you’re welcome to leave luggage with us if you wish to spend more time enjoying historic Stratford.
